I, [Client/Business name], grant Vacation Valet and employee(s)  to enter my lease/owned property, to provide a service package purchased on VacationValet.us website.  I have authority to grant entrance to a Vacation Valet employee into my lease/owned property.  I waive Vacation Valet, ( Ananias, LLC) and employee(s) from any liability or damage that may occur before and after service is concluded.  I agree to waive and release Vacation Valet, (Ananias, LLC.), the company, its agents, employees, and officers from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my employment, including any injuries that may be sustained by me.

I, [Client/Business name], promise there is nothing in the leased/owned property that may cause any harm or injury  to a Vacation Valet(s), such as dog(s) and other animals.

By signing this agreement, I understand that all package services will require a live stream, that is mandatory to protect both Vacation Valet(s) and property owner from any liability or claims. 

If the lease/owner, (client) is not available for a live stream session on appointment day and time, a full recording will be made for client to watch at a later time.
